- Mike Clark★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE customer service, largely at the hands of assistant manager. Had to deal with Katelyn regarding nsf charges I felt were unjustly assessed. Her general tone through phone calls and emails was very condescending and seemingly careless. I was not allowed to discuss the charges with ANYONE who had power to overturn and was simply told 'no'. I brought up the numerous issues I've had with trustco jn the past, all mistakes on their end, and they were completely ignored. I am closing my accounts and will NEVER do any banking with trustco again.
